Texting Problems with iPhone 6 Plus

I can receive texts from non-IOS users, but they are unable to receive my texts. When I send a text to a non-IOS phone, I receive a red “Not Delivered” message with a red exclamation mark. I’ve downloaded the latest version of IOS and performed a hard reset, all to no avail. I’m stumped. Please help.

Problems with text messages on iPhone 14 Pro I have 2 new iPhone 14 pro's. One of the phones intermittently allows text messages to be sent, and often does not receive texts sent to that phone number. The second iPhone performs without any problems so I think the issue is with the phone or phone setup and not the network. Are there any settings that I need to check in order to make sure that I am not unintentionally causing the problem myself? Often there is a "message not sent" notice. Clicking on it will give options to resend or to sent the message as text (I don't know how else it is being sent if not by text). Does this suggest any possible settings issues treat I need ro change?

iPhone X Text Failure Sending (only) to Android Phones Two days ago, texts to Android phones (new and replies) began failing. "Message Send Failure", "Not Delivered", and "red '!' in a circle" appear immediately after "send". Have tried multiple adjustments to settings and have reset the phone, but these have not resolved the problem. Continuing to receive texts from Android phones, but can't reply or send new texts to Android phones. Compared settings with another iPhone without this problem and the settings appear to be identical. Have tried sending texts to multiple Android phones. Same problem every time.

IF this link If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support doesn't help, then you need to contact your phone carrier.
