Move videos from TV app

I have transferred a mp4 video to my iPad using iTunes. It now only appears in my TV app. Is there a way to move it/save it elsewhere on my iPad so other apps can access and use it on my iPad.

ITunes Video Syncing So I recently filmed a 44 minute video, and I successfully transferred it from my memory card to ITunes on my PC. Now from iTunes I’d like to transfer it to my iPad where I’ll edit it, BUT instead of it transferring to my photos and videos it’s sent to the TV app as an actual movie, not allowing me to actually edit or use the video. Home videos When my iPad is connected to the desktop, it shows that the home videos I transferred are on my iPad mini 5th gen... they are supposed to be in the Apple TV app library but not there. I have them on my phone and they are there.. help please Greg

Move my own videos to iphone This used to be part of iTunes, then the TV app, but now cannot figure out how to get my own videos to store on my iphone and play them. I don't want to use the Photos app, where I have a bunch of 3 minutes videos. These are hour long training videos etc that i want to watch on my phone. I tried putting in the TV app on my computer, and they are there, but they don't show in my Apple TV app on my phone.

No.

This is not possible.

Certain types of videos get saved to either the TV App or Photos app.

There is no way to share videos with other apps in the TV App.

Videos that can exist in the iOS Photos app can be shared with other apps.
