Hi I keep trying to dial a extension number but it rings there side but I get no dialing tone. They cannot hear me there side but it definitely rings. I don’t get anything my side. Have tried adding the extension number to the original number but it doesn’t work at all.
Works fine on family members iPhones just not mine. Any ideas how to solve it. I’m in the UK. Thanks

Thank you for the suggestions but none work. My carrier service is up to date and they suggested i contact you. The extension can ring my phone but my phone will not connect... it will ring the extension but when someone answers my iPhone goes dead... no dial tone.... nothing and they cannot hear anything. However the call does not end until either they hang up or me. It’s very frustrating.
