How do I cancel apple music subscription before the end date
I need to change my "Country/region" but it is said that I need to cancel 'apple Music' first. However, subscription ending date is still remained.
How do I cancel it right away?

You'll need to contact iTunes Billing to have them cancel it completely immediately.
Otherwise, the subscription will continue to be active until the next renewal date at which point it will expire.
