Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Hi,
When I open the settings of iPhone, the apple id part that includes icloud, iTunes settings etc. is not opened. It's all grey and nothing happens when I tap the screen to open it. by the way, the ios has the last update. Does anyone have the same problem?

Thanks to Eric, in Settings/Screen Time part, the content and privacy restrictions is enabled and then "apple id" part is opening.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
