my iphone Xs Max keeps dropping calls

Yeah think that is apple is using the reinstall as a diversion or delaying tactic until your out of contract

Likewise, I have not had any issues at all now

Guys, while on a call and if there's an incoming call, my iphone xs max drops the current call. Is this normal? Auto-Answer is turned off so I'm not sure what the issue could be. Any ideas?

yes u r right and thank God apple resolve this issue, i was so worried about that bcoz its not possible to claim as u know apple store is not in pakistan

I think brother bcoz dropped my cal 2 or 3 tikes in a day but i didnt get any messages like shown in picture after ios 13

I have done all the above, this is my 2nd phone and still the issues continue!

My Iphone XS drops calls too, nothing works or fixes found I have reset the network settings and cleared all data and reset the phone...

Similar to others on this topic I am having issues with calls dropping on my XS max. A reboot immediately resolves the issue so it can't be antenna strength because I am in the same spot. When the phone starts doing this the audio drops out after 6 seconds or so, then a few seconds later the call drops. Every time. A reboot makes the issue go away temporarily. I haven't brought it in to Apple as I anticipated the needless blanket troubleshooting that they made others do here (full resets etc) that I suspected wouldn't be effective and just waste my time. I am glad to have found this thread to verify that its a larger issue.

My guess is that will require a software update to fix as it's clearly software or software/hardware interaction. They are almost certainly aware of it but I doubt we'll hear anything back other than a fix one day.

That option might available in your region csmosk, here I have only 3 options.

1. LTE

2. 3G

3. 2G

no option for voice & data selection. One thing I’ve done is that I have shifted over 3G network, using it for a while (2hrs) made several calls no dropping issue came yet, let’s see how long will it go smoothly (sacrificing the speed of LTE for calling dropping) and how Apple resolve this major fault. But I’m really disappointed
