my iphone Xs Max keeps dropping calls

I also have the latest update and phone still drops all the time. Impossible to use as a phone. Is there anything that I can switch off so that at least I can make calls?

I’m in the uk. And in any event I don’t see that as as a fix I’m afraid these phones are so expensive. They should just work like they other iPhones I have had.

Apple did this the first time by switching 4g to data only but it makes no difference

I’m just gutted that I have my IPhone X away. At least you could make phone calls. Been 4 times back to the Apple shop which is 90 mins drive away

I am trying convey the level of disappointment that the iPhone XS Max is giving me at the moment and you keep deleting my posts.

Why ?

I have been down that road and it made no difference.

What we need is for Apple to acknowledge the fault !

I know for a fact that this is the issue because when I try making calls at times it asks me which sim to use, I don’t even have esim on and our cellular providers don’t have such an option.

This phone is a Lemon and Apple are unable to fix it!

Tried to reset many times....not fixed ..replace phone .. same happens...only way to get back money to approach consumer court in United Arab emirates....

I am on EE too, same problem.

I don't believe that this issue will ever be fixed !!

This phone is a total Lemon. Bottom Line !!
