my iphone Xs Max keeps dropping calls

Same problem with iPhone Xs. ... so annoying. This company will die soon..

I purchased two XS Max a few days ago and facing call drops on both of the handsets. Call drops in a couple of minutes. iOS is updated.

Any update on this potential fix?

My iPhone XS Max does the same thing! I can turn it off, turn it right back on and it works for a few days then it does it again! So aggravating especially when you’re taking an important phone call.

We tried that on mine and it didn’t work. Had to replace my XS Max and now fixing to get my 3rd replacement! Very frustrating

I try T-Mobile and att SIM card, all drop

As an FYI I checked my receipt from the Apple Store and it lists the product name as Verizon Nano SIM V2. The part # is HMFX2LL/A. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I’m going crazy because everyone tells me it must be my open apps or my carrier. It’s the iPhone XS. Never paid so much to be so disappointed.

I haven't checked for any updates to iOS but still haven't had any issues with the V2 SIM Card. I will update today and see if anything changes.

The call dropping does not happen when I plug in my headphones OR take the call on my Bluetooth in car OR when I put the phone on speaker!!

OK. I think this is something to do with WIFI calling. I notice my WIFI calling is OFF but, I dont have the 4G note in the corner. Looks like this could be the issue

Ok now I think it s something to do with lifting handset that cuts the call!! Works fine on desk flat and I n speaker mode and with headphones!!
