How do I change the language on my new iPhone? It’s stuck in Chinese.

I understand you have purchased a new iPhone which is showing everything in Chinese. Where did you buy this iPhone? It sounds like it has already been set up by someone else, in which case it probably has Activation Lock enabled. I would suggest taking the iPhone back to the person who sold it to you.
