Apple Watch series 3 won’t turn on

my Apple Watch died so I put it to charge, but it was stuck on the Apple logo all night , it won’t turn on. After a couple of attempts of me trying to restart it , a red exclamation with a web link to Apple Watch support came on . After that I still try to turn it back on and the Apple logo went red and is now flashing a white Apple logo every 10 -15 sec . I only use the original charger it came with . Also when I take my watch off the charger it turns completely black no Apple logo comes up .

Apple’s advice is in support document If you see a red "!" on your Apple Watch - Apple Support, but you have ready tried the forced reset procedure without success so your only useful option is Contact Apple Support and arrange to get your watch examined by Apple Service.
