Wacky headphones

I hear white noise every once and awhile when I plug my headphones in and sometimes they just won’t work. When I hear the white noise it’s super loud. I need help because I just don’t know what’s wrong.

Try using a different set of Headphones, sounds as if the ones you are using may have a short in the wire or headphone.
