APPLE CHARGES ON CELCOM BILL

I just wonder why i have been charged for RM 383.89 due to using itunes where is i never used any itunes services.

As checked with the Disember 2018 bill statement i was charged with APPLE CHARGE with no any details on it.

Celcom service(by phone calll), celcom centre and blue cube also have no idea due to this matter. I was asked to get the answer from Apple.

Why other iphone user can simply use my phone number to fullfilled their needs on itunes.?

Is there no security on Apple

devices.?

Kindly assist as my phone was charging too high and my phone call had been barred.
