Garageband NO INPUT SOURCE SELECTED

I recently upgraded to Mojave OSX and now my internal and external mic (Yeti Blue) does not work on Garageband. When I click to record it comes up with a window saying NO INPUT SOURCE SELECTED. I tested the yeti mic on Audacity and it works fine...

Any fixes please...?

Sound not recording in Garageband?? I'm using : macOS Mojave version 10.14.3 Late 2015 model Garageband version 10.1.5 Sound recording works just fine through Audacity Version 2.1.2 I am trying both with the built-in microphone. When I go to garage band and arm a track to record, no sound ever comes through... screenshots of settings are down below. This has worked in the past and I haven't changed any settings so I don't know what's going on. Help please!

Garage Band I am using garage band 10.4.6 on MacBook pro 16 inch with OS monterey. Garage Band preferences is set to built microphone. I am trying to record ambient sounds. I have track set up with microphone. When I click record I get a message that says "no input selected.

Have you already allowed garageBand to access the microphones? This is necessary in Mojave.

Check the System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy.
Click the padlock in the lower left corner of the panel to unlock it.
In the sidebar of the panel click "Microphone".
Enable the checkmark for GarageBand.
