I wish to restore my iPhone to factory settings.
I don’t usually need a backup as I re-download apps I use.
the problem I have is the app like using ‘aviary’ (by Adobe) have stooped support for this app. It is no longer on the App Store, however it is still on my iPhone
Can I backup ‘avairy’ App and restore it on my fresh restored iPhone?

It makes sense, but the answer is no. You cannot transfer an app that has been discontinued to another device or via a restore to a device. Apps are not saved in a backup; only the app data is saved. When you restore a backup the app data is restored, then the app itself is downloaded from the app store.
Ok thank you lol that’s cleared that up, I will have to find another app to continue editing and move on :)
