I want to change stores but i can’t because I have $0.39 dollars and it says: “you can’t change stores unless you’re out of money” or something like that. Hope you can help me as soon as possible

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a credit card to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
