Resticting new music downloads when mutliple iTunes libraries are present

I have multiple iTunes libraries on the same computer, all with the same account. How do I prevent new music downloads from showing up in every library? I want to be able to choose, or at least restrict where they are downloading to.

Music Library iTunes Whenever I sign in new on iTunes, it immediately takes me to my music library. I want to remove that feature. Isn’t there a way to make it that whenever I sign in to iTunes, it takes my somewhere else like browse, movies library, devices, etc. etc.

iTunes Library not syncing with apple music I have lots of cds I own that I ripped into my iTunes account. Now it is Apple Music. They show up on my iMac and my MacBook Air but not on my iPhone 12 or my iPad. There is no option in the settings for Apple Music to sync as previous discussions suggested. Everything in my iCloud is synched besides this music. I don't want to have to subscribe to Apple Music to see my own albums and music. Suggestions?

See Turn on Automatic Downloads or App Updates - Apple Support, but turn automatic downloads off. New purchases will show in the cloud.
