Whenever I sign in new on iTunes, it immediately takes me to my music library. I want to remove that feature. Isn’t there a way to make it that whenever I sign in to iTunes, it takes my somewhere else like browse, movies library, devices, etc. etc.

Your library is associated with your Apple ID so there is unfortunately no way to prevent your library from displaying at sign in. We would suggest submitting some feedback for Apple Music:
