My Touch ID not working on the new MacBook Air
I just bought my new MacBook Air 2018, but the Touch ID is not working. Any solutions?

I see that you're having some trouble with the Touch ID on your MacBook Air. I'd like to help out.
Take a look at the bottom under "Learn more about Touch ID" in this resource: Use Touch ID on your Mac - Apple Support
If you're still having trouble, let us know exactly what happens when you try to use Touch ID. Were you able to set it up, but it's not registering your fingerprint? Let us know.
