Charge to my PayPal Account
I was charged for the ITunes app and I did not ask for it. This is the second time that this happens on the App Store. It is a bummer because I don’t use iTunes and am not interested in using it.

If you don't use iTunes and therefore don't have your PayPal account linked to any iTunes account you should be talking to PayPal
