Cannot go full screen in FaceTime on imac

I cannot maximize the FaceTime screen to full screen on my iMac .

When in Facetime, others cannot see me but I can see them. I have been having issues using Facetime on my iMac (2019). Others cannot see me but I can see them. No issue when using Zoom. When I switched to Safe Boot, it works as normal. Is it because of my Norton 360? It seems to happen around the same time I installed that. Thanks.

FaceTime does not support Full Screen.
