problems login iPad
my parents iPad is locked on an old email account and i forgot the security questions. How can i unlock the iPad?

To reset the account's security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
Or to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
Or to remove activation lock, and assuming the iPad was bought new, you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww) and see if they can remove the iPad from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it.
