Etkinleştirme hatası

İyi akşamlar iphone x imi itunes üzerinden ios 12.1.2 sürümüne geri yükledim ve etkinleştirme kısmında itunes, wi-fi ve hücresel veri ile denememe rağmen etkinleştirme sunucusuna ulaşılamadığı için iphone_unuz etkinleştirilemedi hatası alıyorum.
