Since updating my iPhone 6S to iOS 12.1.1 I've been unable to send emails from one of my accounts. I can receive them OK, but when I send one it just disappears - not visible in Drafts or Sent Messages. No error message received either.

Settings are identical on my phone and my iMac. I only started having problems after the software update. Will have to try deleting and reinstalling the account. Will let you know what happens!
Double check there is a password for the outgoing mail server.
Delete and reinstall the mail account.
Contact your mail provider.
