Magic Mouse 2 goes slow

I have the Magic Mouse 2 and I have tested that the movement of mouse pointer is slow: it takes enough time to move from side to side of screen. However, the vertical scroll works normally

Obviously,

• I have checked the velocity of cursor at preferences mouse panel, in fact is at maximum
• I also have checked the Bluetooth connection (ie AirPods) and it is right
• Sometimes, when put the mouse pointer over an internet link, the mouse pointer does not become into a little hand but a simple cursor
• My laptop is a new MBP13 (dic 2018) Mojave with the latest version of OS. The Magic Mouse 2 is a new product too and its first connection was with my MBP
• I have disconnected the mouse from bluetooth and reconnect it many times without no result

Im a little bit lost because don't know how can I do for what the mouse pointer goes faster
