Every time I go to download an app I previously had or a new app it asks for my billing information but when I click none then click done it keeps popping up again and again

Apple billing This has been making me rather angry for a while now I can’t download or update any of my apps every time I try to I am met with a loop of pop ups that say review billing information no matter how much I put in my password and go to the billing page it just never stops it won’t let me edit the billing address and it’s quite annoying all my apps are out of date and I can’t use any of them I’ve also apparently made to many Apple ID on this iPhone but no one i know has an apple device I can make a new one on apple please fix this because it’s a major problem

i still have the billing problem nothing is working. how do i fix my billing problem? every time i press download on an app, it pops up with billing information. everything is correct so i press done but then it pops up again. and it does this for every app. i have tried things people say but nothing works. someone please help.

billing problem? my phone won’t allow me to download apps anymore because when I try it comes with an alert that says I have a billing issue and it brings me to a page that has my address and my number. I’ve read through it a million times and all my information is correct but it continues to go to the same screen. How do I fix it!

contact iTunes Support. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
