FaceTime and iMessage on MacBook Air

Whenever I try to set up FaceTime I put in my Apple ID, with the correct password and it says "an error occurred try again later" this also occurs when I try to set up iMessage.

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

Messages and facetime does not work in my macbook i dont know what happend with my iMessage and my FaceTime, that every time that i enter my ID they told me that is unable to send messages and talk.
