Can't get app layout to show on my watch

I cannot get the app layout to show up when I push on the digital crown. I must have turned something off. Also when I tap "customize" on any of the watch faces, nothing happens. Both were originally working. Thanks for any help.

Can’t access apps Hello, I have a new Apple watch series 4. When I push my digital crown button it does nothing. On my old watch that is how I accessed my apps. Is there something I need to change in the settings to allow this? Also when I do a hard push to see the different watch faces I can scroll through them but it will not let me select them. Is this something I can change in the settings? Thanks for your help!

Next unpair and erase that watch a set up the watch again. I would ,setup as new.
