Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I have a purchase that's been pending for a week.

A week ago I purchased two albums: Into the Spiderverse soundtrack and Into the Spiderverse original score, one after the other. I've only been billed for the first one; the other one is still listed as pending in my iTunes purchase history and isn't even showing on my bank account, pending or otherwise. iTunes has taken a long time to bill me receipts before but it usually bills me after a few days. In the meantime I made a purchase from Steam that has been billed to my account, but I'm still waiting on that second iTunes purchase. Should I be worried?

Contact iTunes - Official Apple Support. If they couldn't collect on their first attempt they may be waiting on you before trying again.
