This Computer Cannot Be Transferred - HELP

"You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 80 days," is the message I'm receiving shortly after my husband added his profile as a user to my computer. Before he added, I easily access all my music in the library now, only a few songs have loaded in. He has a seperate Apple ID then mines. I pay the 9.99 a month and he does not and I am on the individual plan if that helps.

I reset my password - this failed, I still get the message

I went to general preferences and tried to add "iCloud Music Library" - this is currently unchecked, once I add it, I continue to get the same error message.

Final note, I've been getting this message for a week or so and I'm still at 80 days where I cannot associate this computer with another Apple ID. Please help.

The issue is about “associated devices”.

The newly added ‘profile’ (what is that?) must have turned on certain iTunes features* that changed the association for that device from you to the other. You can’t change it back for 90 days after the last change.
