What are these apps

Under screen time on my iPhone 7 under always allow are two apps listed at the top of the list that are very long with letters and numbers but do not show up anywhere else. What are these and can I get rid of them?

Strange phantom apps showing under Screen Time>Always Allowed On my iPhone 6s+, strange apps with long random names are showing under Screen Time>Always Allowed. One app is called OB37OF2ED1284C89A... I have five apps with long names with cap letters and numbers randomly mixed in. These apps only shows up under the app list for Screen Time>Always Allowed. Anyone encountered this? And how do you get rid of these phantom apps?

Unwanted app on phone ? Maybe? It seems like something was installed on my iPhone but don’t know what or how it got there. For the past few days there is a blue outline of a rectangle or square that constantly scrolls across my screen regardless of whether I am in an app or email . The shape and size of this rectangle changes to fit the shape of text on the screen. What is it? How do I get rid of it? Thanks

They are probably from websites you have saved to your home screen.
