Used to have App Store app on my daughter’s iPad mini, but now can’t find it anywhere!
Any ideas?
Before iOS 12 restrictions were under Settings > General > Restrictions. Now restrictions are part of Screen Time, but if you were already using restrictions the passcode was saved when you updated the iOS.
Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > Installing Apps needs to show allowed.

I have same issue. But I can not access Content and Privacy Restrictions menu. It is asking Restriction Passcode which I haven't set up yet. Could you tell me why is it asking now?
