Battery Stuck at 2%

Hello everyone,

I don't know how quickly people respond, but I've noticed that my battery will not charge past 2%. It stays alive when plugged in but when I take the charger off it dies quickly. :( I have a macbook air 13", I've tried resetting SMC but no luck
