My iPhone 8 Plus has been demonstrated gestures like the iPhone X - specifically the gesture of multitasking, I don’t know if it is the iOS 12 uptade or something like that.( I can’t show this gesture because it’s too big the file of the photo and the comment doesn’t support video files)

There are many gestures shared between the iPhone X and older iPhones yes. Nothing odd about that.
Most notably the app switcher gesture to swipe from the left side and stop in the middle is available on many models of iPhone

Thank you for telling me this, I went to the Apple Store and they said that “is it bothering you? If it is we can change your screen. If not you can stay cool with your phone” - I think the woman that was attending me doesn’t know anything about this because when I showed the gesture in action she was more surprised than me.
