Podcast stopped appearing in iTunes

Podcast stopped appearing in iTunes

I had a podcast that was available for at least three or four years in iTunes. I noticed at some point over the last couple of years it would no longer show up when I searched and when I try to fall the iTunes link to it it could not connect.

The podcast is called “EstatePlanning Demystified“. The feed (routed through feedburner and hosted by Libsyn) is

http://feeds.feedburner.com/EstatePlanningDemystified.

Could anybody give me some guidance on how to figure out the problem?

Obviously the first thing to do is to get the feed working. Once you are sure it's OK (check it by subscribing manually in iTunes from the File menu) you'll need to go back to Podcasts Connect and resubmit it.

That link produces a 'File not found' error. If the feed has gone offline that would be the reason for it having been removed from the Store. You need to take steps to restore it - I can't tell whether the original Libsyn feed exists. Then proceed as indicated in this page:

Thank you Roger, I appreciate the quick response. I went to Podcast connect and my podcast shows up as “deleted”. Attached is a screenshot.

Do I need to resubmit the feed?
