ATV TV Control

I have an ATV 4th Generation and looking to control volume/on-off on my BOSE 321 w the ATV remote....I have tried to learn the remote but that does seem to work....

Also having trouble getting the ATV remotes to turn off TV's when putting them to sleep. It will turn off the AYTV but not the TV. I have 2 Samsungs and neither will turn off. Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) is ON, Auto Turn Off is ON

Any suggestions
