I have Comcast cable and wifi, and have a new Gen 4 Apple TV. Entering the wifi router and security information on the AppleTV allows it to log in, and I can see the device from the wifi router, but the AppleTV says the connection has no internet connectivity. Same wifi configuration works on my old AppleTV, on my computer, on my iphone, on my wife's iphone, etc...
What do I try next?

Thanks for response. Network is fine, no problems connecting to router, issue was outside connection. DNS was already set to auto. For others who might have same problem... resolved by going into Comcast router, creating Port Forwarding specific for the Apple TV device, and forwarding six UDP and TCP ports that Apple uses to communicate with their servers. Restarted both devices, and works now. Maybe Comcast and Apple are not currently working/playing well with others? Comcast doesn't show up as a cable provider in the Apple TV setup menus, either.

Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network)
Try it on ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks
Test on another network
There are certain ports on the router that need to be enabled for Apple TV to function properly, it wouldn't have been related to Comcast.
The fact that they don't show up as a provider is separate, and that would have been Comcast's decision. You can contact them to inquire.
