CMD-TAB not working on IPAD PRO 12.9 2018 - Smart Folioo Keyboard
- CMD-TAB as well as CMD-H stopped working
- CMD long press on Safari still shows the shortcuts
Any idea on how to fix this issue ?

I see from your post that your new iPad Pro is not recognizing certain commands with your Smart Folio Keyboard. Shortcuts definitely make using and working on your iPad very easy and efficient, and I want to help you find a solution for this.
If you haven't done so already, try these steps taken from the article Use your Smart Keyboard Folio or Smart Keyboard with iPad Pro:
- Make sure that your iPad Pro and Smart Keyboard Folio or Smart Keyboard are in the Type position and that you have the latest version of iOS.
- Remove the Smart Keyboard Folio or Smart Keyboard from your iPad Pro.
- Restart your iPad Pro.
- Reconnect the Smart Keyboard Folio or Smart Keyboard.
If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support.
