iTunes password

I am trying to transfer data from old iPad Air 2 to new iPad Pro. I know my AppleID password but I need the ITunes password which is old and I can’t remember that password to proceed with the set-up.

iPad Pro 11-inch Wi-Fi, Cellular

Unless you have more than one Apple ID, the iTunes password should be the same as your Apple ID password.

Enter your Apple (iCloud) ID and click Forgot Password.

Or fill out and submit this form. The form is for iTunes, but it will get passed to the ID Support section.

When trying to transfer purchases from the App Store to new IPad I am getting this message:

This ICloud backup includes purchases from the App Store that we’re made with a different Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID password for Xxxxxxx@Xxxxx to restore these purchases. This is the password I have forgotten and when I use “forgot password” for that Apple ID I get a message that the Apple ID does not exist.
