Not able to link your AppleCare plan to your Apple ID.

Received an push stating that I have a billing problem with Apple ID.

I updated my billing info with new card, supposedly linked to the Apple ID and Apple care contract.. but I keep getting the “unable to link” message..

anyone knows how to solve this?

My AppleCare+ plan doesn't show up on 'Apple Support' app Hello, In October, with the purchase of the iPhone, I also did the AppleCare+ monthly plan. In March I had problems with my payment card and it was deactivated, I later activated it. But here arises a problem if I go to this site: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support and enter my serial number, I am told it is incorrect or does not exist. I go to settings - general - info and it is active. However, if I go through the 'Apple Support' app and check the AppleCare plans, it doesn't exist there either... Any ideas on how I can solve this? AppleCare billing problem I keep getting this notice and I updated my payment but still shows me this. Once I click on it, nothing happens I managed to get to this page but when I click update payment method, nothing happens [Image Edited by Moderator to Remove Personal Information]

You are entitled to 90 day telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.
