It's terrible to carry all cards when you go for simple grocery shopping or for a jump into the beach, and you forget the card at home and don't get the access until the building manager opens the door for you, by any chance does apple has a feature to add my building access card on the apple wallet or any other application available on App Store?

The option to add other types outside of credit cards, debit cards, gift cards or passess to the Waller it entirely in the hands of the emitter of said card.
3rd party cards require an App or a QR code from the maker to add the card to the Wallet app.
If there is an App for your building card or another way to add it to wallet the best place to ask is the company in charge of these cards.
Apple has no direct way of adding 3rd party cards to Wallet unilaterally as it would have no way of knowing what type of functionality is required.
If its an RF card, or optical scanning mechanism Wallet may possible work. If its some other option like a magnetic strip, there's no way for Waller to mimic this.
