vertical horizontal lines ipad

Hi. I hope someone on here can help. I bought my iPad Pro about two weeks ago. It came out slightly bent but I can live with that if I have to. The problem is there are vertical and horizontal lines on my iPad Pro screen. Does the screen need to be replaced or is it something else? I am trying to think if it is better to just sell it as is and just buy a different iPad or see if Apple will fix it.
