How to convert OLM to MBOX?

I have some I want to export into my Apple Mail. But do not know that. Can anybody please provide me a method to carry out the process.

How to import created mbox from pst into thunderbird? Hi I am using ms outlook in windows machine but thunderbird is free so I decided to shift from outlook to thunderbird from windows to mac.
