I cannot open my store. When click on store I get: Welcome to music store but I cannot get to any music to buy

My screen does not look like that. All I get is: Welcome to the itunes store (first line) Then under this are three segments: musical notes next to a statement: Get the music you want, buy your favorite tunes from the world's largest music store (first segment). Then the next has a movie real picture and says: Watch the latest movies, Buy or rent major Hollywood studios in up to 4HDR. Then the third segment is similar and refers to TV shows. There are no pictures and no boxes to check. I have tried clicking on the icons and words throughout the statements, but nothing seems clickable. Does this sound like a familiar page? This is what I get when I click Store at the top of the page. For you or Browse gives a similar look but with a slight variation on the statements, but nothing is clickable. Sorry I don't know how to get a screenshot of this or I would have. It says I have the latest version of itunes and I uploaded it again but everything is still the same. My old songs are in the library, but I cannot figure out how to get anywhere I can buy and add new songs.
