YOUTUBE videos restriction won't turn off

Videos within an email will not play. The YOUTUBE page comes up when I open the video and then goes completely gray. Message says: This video is restricted. Try signing in with your Google Apps account. This refers to a suite of business apps for $$$$. Also used by schools and large organizations. I am one person on a home iMac. I have been working with an Apple tech and we can't seem to find the way in and change the setting. I am the administrator of my own computer. That's all.

I'm not the first person. For the last 3 weeks this has been happening. I got it removed on the phone and pad but not the Mac.

The only thing I can think of is Safari may have saved the restriction in a cookie. Try opening Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data… Type "youtube" in the search field then select and delete any YouTube related files.

So I went to Safari >pref>privacy>manage website data and typed in youtube. All I got was the youtube symbol and only had cache, cookies, databeses, and local storage on one line. Nothing to open.

I again looked at the google/youtube site and kept getting the same Restriction can only be lifted by Administrator. I looked at GSuite again and it is a subscription for the app for business and schools. I have no subscription, never knew about this mess until it locked me out.

You would think that there would be a way to get around this, but I have no idea. I know you are helping me and I appreciate it.
