in mac OS 10.14 Mojave, how to always show a bcc field in Mac OS Mail

Auto Bcc through terminal command no longer works? I need to auto-Bcc every email that goes out of my office. I had been using the terminal command way (via this article: https://www.lifewire.com/automatically-bcc-os-x-mail-1172861) but my emails are not being Bcc'd now. I can't remember if the break corresponded to a system update. When I check in terminal with "defaults read com.apple.mail UserHeaders" it says: { Bcc = "XXX@XXX.com"; } So I would assume that my outgoing emails should have the specified address in the Bcc field, however, when I check my sent mail through Apple mail the Bcc fields are empty. What am I doing wrong?

How do I add bcc: to email header? I have a new laptop and just noticed there is no bcc in the header and want to use it on an e-mail. How do I add to the format?

Checking BCC Address Field as shown below should do it:
