Hey there I am Bill and I have lots emails database save in OLM file format and I wan to send that data to my friend which uses Windows PC and he want those file in PST file format. Please help to convert these mail into .pst format and send them to him

Lots of mostly-commercial tools available for this. Start with How do I convert .olm files to .pst ? - Apple Community for some previous discussions. Or manually; drag the messages up to your own or a custom-created IMAP server account and then log in on the account on the remote system, and drag the messages locally.
Given what can be available in mail files, I suspect some of the available online and commercial conversion tools might also be scanning the contents of your mail for other uses on behalf of the vendor, too. That data can be too interesting to pass up.
