Internet disconnected for iPhone on Time Capsule. Other devices have Internet.

My iPhone X is connected via WiFi to my Time Capsule. Today it has no working Internet connection, and the Airport utility says that the Time Capsule has Internet disconnected. In the utility there's a green light next to the Time Capsule, and an orange light next to Internet.

My two MacBook Pro's are also connected via the same WiFi, but they have and Internet connection, and in their Airport utilities Internet has a green light next to them. My TV is also connected with Internet.

I tried to restart my phone, turn WiFi on and off on the phone, connect to the different WiFi networks (2.4GHz and 5Ghz), forget the WiFi network on the phone and connect again, restart the Time Capsule several times, test different DNS servers on the Time Capsule (read it somewhere) but the problem remains.

I realized that I used my Time Capsule as bridge to my fiber modem/router(?). That has worked well until today. Now when turning the Time Capsule into a router in itself again it seems to be working well.

So, you are saying that the network is working OK with a Double NAT error? Double NAT is something that you would normally want to avoid because it can create any number of issues on a network.

Open AirPort Utility and click on the Time Capsule

Look for a Status setting in the smaller window that appears

Do you see Double NAT?

If I understand the details in your post, the iPhone X is the only device that cannot connect to the Internet, correct?

If that is the case, then you very likely have an iPhone problem.......not a Time Capsule problem.

Or, are you saying that the iPhone can connect to other WiFi networks and get an Internet connection that way?

Might be a good idea to post over in the iPhone support area to see if other users have encountered the same type of problems and have found a solution.

I doubt that it will help, but if you continue to feel that the Time Capsule is the culprit, then the only thing that you can do at this point is reset the Time Capsule back to factory default settings and then set it up again.
