Error "Can’t download episodes from your feed." Submitting to ITunes Podcast

I'm getting the error of: Can’t download episodes from your feed.

Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

I ran it through feedburner and this is the error I got:

This feed is valid, but interoperability with the widest range of feed readers could be improved by implementing the following recommendations.

  • line 25, column 45: Image title doesn't match channel title [help]
          <title>The Warrior Alliance Network</title>

Are these two errors related causing it not to work ?

Its dimensions are 548 x 548 px - the minimum acceptable is 1400 x 1400 px (and don't just blow it up - the pixellation will be visible and it will get rejected).

The URL of your top episode's media file is

feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:533744199/sounds.rss/http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/547738896-twanetwork-roger-and-jason-4-block-final1.mp3

(I've removed the initial http:// because the forum will otherwise truncate it).

This URL is obviously wrong: I've seen this double URL before but I don't know how it comes about: you've included the feed URL at the beginning.

The correct URL is obviously

http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/547738896-twanetwork-roger-and-jason-4-block-final1.mp3

which redirects to another URL but seems to work OK. All your episode media URLs are like this and will need to be changed.

Thank you! Ok, I changed the dimensions of the picture and I didn't receive an error this time. :)

Forgive me if I didn't understand part of your answer. But,I do have a couple more questions.

When you said "The correct URL is obviously

which redirects to another URL but seems to work OK. All your episode media URLs are like this and will need to be changed."

When you said all my URLs are like this and need to be changed, what do you mean actually?

How do I change them?

Does the change affect the RSS Feed?

When I out in the RSS Feed you gave me above "http://feeds.soundcloud.com/stream/547738896-twanetwork-roger-and-jason-4-block-final1.mp3 " I got an error that said "Can’t parse your feed."

I may need a step by step on "how to" do what you're asking. Sorry :(

Each episode in the feed has an MP3 file, whose URL is given in the 'enclosure' tag. Somehow the URL for the feed has got tacked onto the front of the actual URL: this is still the case in all your episodes which is why you are getting rejected. You must have submitted a file to SoundCloud: I don't know how the extra URL has got added.

I can't advise on Soundcloud: this doesn't normally happen, but I assume you haven't been submitting the double URL to them. It's something you may have to take up with them. Every episode is going to have to have its media file URL corrected or they won't play in iTunes.
