Intuos Creative Stylus 2 on first gen 9.7" iPad Pro

Now I have seen all these posts that it does not work with iPad Pro BUT after I first charged it for 4 hours earlier in the day and unplugged it. Then 5 hours later I installed Clip Studio and Bamboo Paper on my iPad pro I was able to pair it to the apps and use it for a good 30 minutes then the tip stopped working only the side buttons on the stylus worked....I thought maybe I got a lemon that cant hold a charge so I charged it up again and I was able to use it fine...so I think the battery is not lithium ion inside the stylus. One other thing I noticed is that you always have to use it / hold it at an angle the tip will not register if you are holding it perpendicular to the tablet. I also have an apple pencil and by far there is no comparison the apple pencil works best and its the stylus of choice of all the great manga artists that I saw at he New York City Comic Con and Anime Fest. They were all using the 12" iPad Pro tablet with Clip Studio Ex with the apple pencil/
