AirPods keep re-connecting to Windows PC

Hi there,

when using both my MacBook Pro and my Pc (windows 10 installed) my AirPods keep connecting to Windows even if I manually switch back to the Mac (when bluetooth activated on Windows and Mac). Something is forcing windows to get the AirPods connection every 20 seconds or so. Anybody had the same experience?

but it does not work since Windows has removed the 'power management' tab since the last update.
